The processor ensures the storage of personal data and their transfer to the administrator for processing. The processor does not use the processed personal data for any purpose other than ensuring the transmission of the query to the administrator.

The processing of personal data takes place using contact forms on the basis of the title of performance of the contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR, where the sending of the form represents a request to the administrator.

Reservation of telephone consultation

The website offers the possibility to book a date for a telephone consultation in matters of interest for the administrator's services. For this purpose, personal data is processed in the range of name, e-mail address and telephone number. These personal data are processed in connection with the performance of the contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR.

Personal data processing times

In the case of cookies, personal data is stored for 1 month from the last use of the website.

In the case of data entered into contact forms, personal data are stored for a period of 1 year from the last communication based on the query.

For the purposes of arranging a telephone consultation, personal data are stored for a period of 1 year from the consultation.

In the event that a contract for the use of the Whispero system is concluded on the basis of an inquiry or consultation, personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a period of 3 years following its termination.
